Our evening begins at 6pm with a flight of exclusive wines from Tuscany specially curated by Profile Wine Agency.  Our experts will take you on guided tastings of five wines - crisp whites, unique rosé,  and bold reds.  Paired with these and served to you will be tasty hors d'ouevres prepared by Chef Mathieu.

After an exquisite wine-tasting session, prepare your taste buds for an extraordinary culinary experience. Our renowned Chef Mathieu has crafted a delectable four-course meal with a choice of main dishes that will tantalize your senses. Accompanying this wonderful meal will be spectacular red and white wines. 

 

And if there's any room left, we have a mouth-watering dessert.  

 

The details: 

This is a fixed price event with everything included - all wine tastings, appetizers, dinner, wines at dinner, and dessert.  Reservations are a must - we only prepare enough meals for those who have reserved a spot.
